01
You Request
Tell us what you want.
How it works
You send us the product, seller, or buying request. We check it in Lahore, show you what we find, and only buy it after your approval.
01
Tell us what you want.
02
We visit the seller and collect evidence.
03
We buy only after you say yes.
Then we arrange packing and dispatch.
The simple version
We don’t buy first and ask later.
The complete journey
From the first message to dispatch, here’s exactly what happens.
Step 01
Tell us what you want.
Send a product link, screenshot, seller details, or simply describe what you are looking for.
Your request is created and given a unique enquiry ID, for example PB-1001.
Step 02
First, we make sure we can actually help.
We check whether the request is practical for us to handle. We may accept it, ask for more information, recommend a different approach, or decline it.
You know whether the request is feasible before we proceed.
Step 03
You know what you are paying for before the work starts.
The quote separates every cost. No hidden partner or seller commissions. Where a delivery price depends on the carrier, we say so instead of guessing.
You understand the expected cost and scope before work begins.
Step 04
This is where you get a local presence in Lahore.
A representative goes to the seller in Lahore and checks the points we agreed with you.
Someone is physically checking the item in Lahore on your behalf.
Step 05
We don’t simply tell you “it looks good”.
We show you what we found. For suitable requests, the information is organised into a Buyer Report.
We document what we can reasonably observe. Hidden defects, authenticity, performance and technical condition are not automatically guaranteed unless a qualified specialist has assessed them.
Step 06
We don’t buy until you approve.
After the inspection you receive the findings. Then you decide whether we proceed.
No purchase happens without your approval.
Step 07
Once you approve, we purchase the agreed item.
The purchase matches what you approved. If something materially changes before purchase, we stop and confirm with you.
The purchase corresponds to what you approved.
Step 08
We arrange the agreed way to send it to you.
Depending on the item and destination this may be a courier, cargo service, moving vehicle or another suitable option. We document condition before and after packing where practical.
Timelines depend on the third-party provider, so we share what they confirm rather than promising a date.
Step 09
You have a clear record of what happened.
Where applicable, the final record brings everything together and the request is then marked as completed.
Your enquiry is closed with its record intact.
Step 06
We don’t buy until you approve. After the inspection you receive the findings. Then you decide.
Approve
“Approved to purchase at PKR X from Seller Y.”
We proceed with the purchase.
Don’t approve
You can simply say no.
We do not purchase the item.
No purchase without your approval. No secret substitutions.
Real-life example
Here’s what the process could look like for someone buying from another city. You found a product in Lahore. You live in Karachi.
01
You find a product from a Lahore seller and send us the details, seller information and what you want us to check.
02
We confirm that the request can be handled and give you the quote.
03
Our representative visits the seller.
04
We inspect the agreed points and collect photos, videos and relevant details.
05
Maybe there is a visible defect. Maybe everything looks as expected. Maybe the price has changed. You know before buying.
06
You decide: “Approved to purchase at PKR X from Seller Y.”
07
We purchase the approved item and document the transaction.
08
The item is packed and sent using the agreed delivery method.
09
The product reaches you in Karachi.
You never had to travel to Lahore.
Inspection scope
The exact checks depend on the product and the scope we agree with you.
Model, brand, serial number, labels and quantity.
Visible damage, wear, defects and general physical condition.
Dimensions, quantity or other agreed measurements.
Seller location, stated price, availability and relevant terms.
Clear current evidence from the visit.
For technical products, a qualified specialist may be involved when required.
We’ll tell you when a request needs a specialist instead of pretending we can assess something ourselves.
Your control
01
You know the scope and expected costs.
02
We collect evidence within the agreed scope.
03
You approve or reject.
04
You receive purchase and dispatch information.
Our job is to represent your agreed interests — not to make the buying decision for you.
Unexpected situations
We tell you. You decide whether to continue.
We stop and confirm before proceeding.
We document it and tell you.
We update you before proceeding.
We tell you the limitation instead of guessing.
We don’t proceed unless a suitable solution exists.
Honest boundaries
We’d rather tell you honestly that we can’t handle something than make a promise we can’t keep.
Some requests may also need a specialist, a wider inspection scope, custom packing, or a custom quote.
During the initial phase, we may decline requests involving:
Payment
01
Paid before the agreed work begins.
02
Collected or confirmed after the inspection and your approval.
03
Handled according to the agreed quote and actual third-party requirements.
We don’t purchase expensive customer inventory with company cash outside the approved operating limits. In short: you don’t pay us to blindly buy something first.
Our principle
We don’t expect you to trust a simple “looks good” message. Our process is built around:
What we can observe, we document. What we cannot confirm, we tell you.
01
02
03
04
05
That’s it. You get a local person in Lahore without having to travel to Lahore yourself.
Send us what you’re looking for. We’ll tell you whether we can help, what we’ll check, and what it will cost.
